**Cancellation Policy (Revised: 1/8/25)**

 

When you place a deposit or schedule an appointment, you agree to the following:

 

- **Cancellations:** Please provide at least 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee, and any deposits will be forfeited.

 

- **Late Arrivals:** If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, services or time will be limited.
