We value your business. We are happy to accommodate and be flexible with you wherever possible. Our goal is for every client to leave feeling confident and cared for. If something isn’t meeting your expectations, we kindly ask that you reach out within 7 days of your original appointment. We will always strive to address concerns fairly and professionally, adhering to the structure outlined in our Salon Policies.
Salon Terms & Policies
By placing a deposit or scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to the following terms:

* Cancellations & Changes:
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee, and any deposits will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals:
Please plan to arrive on time so we can make the most of your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, services may be limited to fit within the remaining time, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled. A late/cancellation fee may also apply.
Satisfaction Guaranteed (Redo Policy):

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment. Any approved redo must be scheduled and completed within 2 weeks of the original date. Redo services are offered at a reduced rate for minor adjustments and do not include a full blow-dry or style unless requested.
Redo Fee:
A base redo fee will apply, with additional charges depending on the time, product, and service required. The consultation and the specific needs of your hair determine the final cost. Blow-dry styling is optional and not included in the redo. If desired, it can be added at a reduced rate starting at $45.Thank you for understanding and respecting the structure in place—it helps ensure fairness while honoring your experience and the resources it takes to provide your service.
Right to Refuse Service
To maintain a respectful and positive environment for all, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, unreasonable, or violates these policies. This includes repeated attempts to negotiate or pressure outside of our set boundaries and structure.
