Terms & Policies

By scheduling an appointment/placing a retainer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 48-Hour Notice: Required for cancellations or changes.

• Late Cancellation: Under 48 hours: 50%–100% of the scheduled service.

• Same-Day & No-Shows: Charged 100% of the booked service.

• Card on File: Will be charged for applicable cancellation, no-show, and late arrival fees.

• Deposits: Non-refundable retainer fees to secure your appointment; forfeited with late cancellation.

• Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service experience. A 15-minute grace period is provided for both client and stylist. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes will be accommodated at the stylist’s discretion and may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation fee if the appointment can no longer be completed as booked.

• Future Bookings: Outstanding fees must be paid before booking again.

• Consultation: $50 charge for consultations.

Satisfaction & Redos

• Preparation: Shampoo 1–2 days before your appointment for best results.

• 3-Day Window: Contact us within 3 days for technical adjustments.

• Timeline: Approved redos must be scheduled and completed within 1 week.

• Redo Fees: A base fee applies for time and product.

• Blow-Drys: Not included in adjustments; add-on starts at $45.

• Voiding the Policy: At-home alterations, non-professional products, or another stylist’s work within 3 days voids this policy.

• No Refunds: No monetary refunds on services, deposits, or retainer fees.​

Guidelines & Safety

• Guests, Children & Pets: Please do not bring extra guests, children, or pets for safety and a professional environment.

• Right to Refuse Service: We may refuse service for disrespectful behavior or repeated policy violations.
